About the Author

Torrance Harvey is currently finishing up his second term as mayor of the city of Newburgh, New York. Newburgh, New York is about sixty-six miles north of New York City. He is also a history teacher at Newburgh Free Academy. He teaches American History & Government, and Global History & Geography as well. He is a part of a very specialized PTECH Program where high school students earn a high school diploma and a two-year college degree in cybersecurity. He and his wife Tina have been married for twenty-two years and have three children and two granddaughters. He prides himself on the many human interactions with his kids and students alike. Harvey has stories that will make you laugh and learn at the same time. These children’s books will be a cartoon series in the near future.
